Pros

Have multiple clients nationwide; Good support from HR in certain areas like immigration.

Cons

Operates as a staffing firm atleast in the midwest public sector; Pay not based on performance; Top performers are not rewarded.

Think twice before considering a position with this company.

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Very few pros to consider.

Cons

Wages are well below market averages. Working conditions are very poor. Commissions are low. Benefits are terrible. Management is out of touch, no training or development. High turnover. This is a fly by the seat of your pants organization. Staffing is well below what is necessary to run at the level of expectation.
