      Worse than Pathetic Workplace

      Pros

      People who cannot get a job anywhere will be hired in this organization .

      Cons

      Incompetent Management , Pathetic work atmosphere , No growth opportunities , I have never observed anyone being appreciated or valued in this organisation. Demotivating work environment . Incompetent employees who spent 10+ years in this organization got promoted, egoistic , proud, under skilled (no skills) . Cafeteria and food is worse than pathetic. I would never recommend this organisation even to an enemy. Please take this review seriously , Join this organisation only if you don't have the skills and unable to get any other decent job. A US staffing company without employees who speak English or know the basics of English. It's a joke.

      Pros

      In my honest opinion, it is a great place to work in. The work environment is very good, there is a lot of flexibility in work. The interaction is with higher management is good and they are very accommodating. You will enjoy working here.

      Cons

      No cab and meal. Salary on lower side. There are not many opportunities to grow.
