Pros

Provides employees with a great opportunity to provide safety devices that saves lives. Insurance cost is very minimal to the employee when compared to other companies.

Cons

Benefits are not as good as other companies. They only provide up to 3 weeks of vacation max which is only earned after 10 years of employment.

It is close to home for me. The people are good. Overall they are working hard at creating a good working environment.

Cons

They are currently in a time of growth which is creating a bit of a strain on everyone as they work out the best way to handle it.
