Pros

There isn’t any with the facility in South Dakota

Cons

The management in South Dakota is prime example of manipulation and corruption. Lawsuits, workplace affairs and greed.

Pros

Working with the lowest of employees and actually doing work on the trucks is stimulating. I love the work and I care about what I'm doing

Cons

There is MULTIPLE issues and the first one is management. If your okay with working until your on fire forever and expect to retire when your 55 due to being an over worked work horse then do it. Raises according to HR and the production manager are all productivity based not to mention they stated that they do not have to give cost of living raises due to them being a productivity based employer. Next is the floor supervisors, a few of them are great and you'll hear which ones are the best and which one is the worst. We've had a 100%employee turnover in the shop I work in in the last 5 year due to the supervisor and his management tactics. Just letting everyone know that intimidation and micromanaging is NOT a leadership skill and you MUST have people skills. There is a difference in TELLING your employee to do something and asking them to do something. Any old boss can tell someone to do something and they will do it because they were TOLD to do it and a leader can ASK someone to do it and they will be willing to do it because they WANT to do it. Management will also tell you that you just need to focus and do the job but not even have the slightest clue on how to TEACH you to do it. Oh and don't go to HR because they will repeatedly just tell you it's your fault and gas light you consistently until you want to quit. Hrs job is to make sure the company can't get sued and do not expect your hard work to be rewarded because they have outrageously high standards nor an advancement in position due to nepotism.
