Pros

The other employees make this a great place to work! Management is flexible as long as you get your stuff done. They do lot's of team building, not the stupid stuff, such as summer picnic and Christmas party along with lots of small stuff throughout the year.

Cons

The senior leadership team is very cooperate and often does not understand that we are a production company. Senior team is full of good people, they just need to make better decisions.

Decent pay. Decent benefits, PTO. Can be fun, depending on the department.

Cons

As an employee, you will have to advocate for yourself, because HR won't. Poor company culture and upper management not willing to take the necessary steps to improve it. They are technologically behind by nearly 20 years and you wont find any employee onboarding....zero. Give you your email and password and send you on your way. Potential of moving up or into a different department is negligible.
