Pros
The company is great from its roots. They do invest/train in their employees and there are a lot of promotion from within. Depending on the size of the facility your impact can be significant. Everyone is polite and facility is clean. Management does try to make sure all employees are comfortable on the floor. Management will support you and will always listen to your challenges and help come up with solutions
Cons
There are hardly any yearly raises. The culture was very bad in a lot of people’s opinion. People also commonly complained about the leadership as well.
