- Set pathways for employees to grow - Benefits and bonuses are fantastic - They allow their employees to use their creative abilities to solve issues and do not micro-manage

- No remote work is available due to the nature of the company. employees are needed on site.

The amount you are paid vs the amount of profit they are making off of what you are working on is laughable. They did not follow cdc social distancing or cleaning guidelines for covid Coworkers on day shift spent most the day gossiping.
