Rosenboom is an employer who cares about its employees. The company's commitment to safety is important and demonstrates one of the ways in which the company cares about its work force. Rosenboom is family owned and while the Rosenboom's are busy people, it is nice that they take the time each month to sit down with employees and share a birthday meal in which we get to ask our owners questions directly and voice our concerns for the things we experience.
Cons
No business is perfect, but Rosenboom is a company that tries to continually look for ways to improve and get better. There is a struggle with communication but it seems to be getting better with our focused efforts like partnering with outside companies like Gallup to help us focus on achieving a better place to work.
