There are advancement opportunites with this company; I started as a stock associate and eventually was promoted to various positions including store manager.

Cons

Maximum vacation time no matter the length of service is 2 weeks. Insurance was below average compared to most employers. No associate discounts or other incentives to seek employment with this company.
