Pros

The people there make the job, the customers are nice, and getting time off is not a problem. Lots of complaints though.

Cons

Over worked, underpaid, understaffed, immature coworkers. If employees ask for extra hours they normally do not get them, they only give them to certain, or at least one person.

If you are a people person and like meeting diverse clientele then this company is for you.

Cons

Always understaffed due to company guidelines for payroll buget to store sales ratio. Every position at Ross encompasses the duties of 2 or more positions (ie cashier-must also do floor restocking and merchandising, stock room-receive mechandise, process merchandise, and stockingmerchandise on sales floor per in-store merchandising proticols
