Pros
At my location, everyone was really nice to each other and we all got along for the most part. The job itself was pretty enjoyable as retail jobs go.
Cons
There's really not much room for growth. I was there for a couple years and people that were new (like had only been there a couple months and I trained them) got promoted over me just because I couldn't work all week long. I wasn't even approached about a promotion, but the manager would commonly give me leader-like tasks. Pay isn't the best in the world, but I didn't have many expenses at the time.
