      Pros

      Company culture and Mission, Vision, Values at Roth Staffing are second to none. My favorite value is Honesty, Ethics & Integrity guide our behaviors and decisions. This is how I have raised my kids and lived my life! Its wonderful to work for a Company where the MVV is a priority and you have the opportunity to enliven those values on a daily basis!

      Cons

      We have needed additional recruiting resources to manage the current candidate market; however, as of today, Senior Management answered our prayers and provided just that!

      Cons

      Corporate is really detached from particular business lines and doesn't get involved enough - lack of supervision. Terrible severance package Annoying on boarding process No remote access
