Pros

I have worked for Roth Staffing for the past 3 years and have had a wonderful experience with my co-workers, my managers, and upper managment. I joinged this company because of the company culture and the ability to help others everyday. I truly believe in the MVV of our company and love the we "Make life better for those we serve". I came from a company that did not empower its employees to make decisions, only cared about the bottom line, and had huge turn over because employee did not feel cared for....when I joined Roth Staffing I experienced a complete 360 - this company puts its employees first and understands that creating a fun, engaged work culture will always encrease employee productivity and overall satisfaction along with increased company profits. In the 3 years I have been with Roth Staffing, I have been promoted to Branch Manager and can see a clear and direct career path for myself and feel as though the sky is the limit. I love that the leaders of our company are always thinking of ways to make our work more enjoyable and continue to add programs to increase our work/life balance - this culture is not like others you will find out there.

Cons

I do not fully understand the negagtive posts I have read - as I feel the positives completely outweigh the negatives. I do understand that each region and branch has different leaders but I would recommend that anyone that feels like they are not being treated well and/or within our company guidelines and MVV should reach out to their manager or regional VP and express their concern and frustration. This company, in my experience, fosters an open door policy and our leaders want to know how they can make it better.

Pros

Wow, I am actually shocked at the negative reviews. I have worked for Roth Staffing for 7 years now. Promoted to Manager and have been given amazing opportunity for growth. My potential is limitless. It just depends on how hard you work. Ben, Adam, Loney and Pam have all been committed to my success and have always show the upmost in professionalism and support. Including other branch employees. I have worked for 2 other staffing firms (13 years) and will never want to work for another staffing firm again. Yes it is a family business but who cares if you want to work and do your job, you will be successful. This job is for building relationships. This company is for people who want to create remarkable experiences. People who love helping people. That is what I do everyday. I appreciate this company and I love guiding and shaping my employees, Ambassadors and clients.

Cons

Pros out weigh any cons.
