Pros

Company culture is the reason why I joined Roth Staffing, its really true that their Mission, Vision, and Values guide their daily behavior and the way that they perform business day after day.

Cons

There is nothing that I could say, but to keep doing what you are doing.

Pros

Great culture and supportive environment. The company provides all the tools you need to succeed. There is also a good work/life balance including a 9/80 schedule which gives most employees every other Friday off. This is a company I can see myself with for a very long time.

Cons

Most recruiter positions have merged into a hybrid position which requires sales and cold calling to develop business relationships. This can be a difficult task, but the company does provide support, training tools, and a helpful coworkers.
