      Pros

      Overall Roth Staffing is a great company to work for! I have worked for the competition and they are not even in the ball park when it comes to their external staff great incentives for the Ambassadors!

      Cons

      Job description changes frequently. Not the position I was recruited/hired for. Structure does not support individual strengths but rather expect each individual to conform. Flex Schedule does not apply to all BSM’s

      Pros

      As an employee we are able to make a difference in peoples lives every day! Ultimate Staffing is a very upbeat & positive work environment and overall a fun place to work!

      Cons

      The only bad part is when you have a phenomenal candidate and you cannot find them a position. It just makes you work that much harder!
