      I am going on 18 years working for Roth Staffing. I am often asked what has made me stay with the same company for so long and I immediately say "The companies Mission Vision and Values!" It is always easy for me to make decisions during my busy day at work- if it is ethical and enhances customer satisfaction- Do It!

      It would be great to have additional clerical support

      Our mission, vision & values are what allows us to be unique and deliver a different approach, We only hire the best and we stive to do the right things for our ambassadors, customers and.coworkers. I am proud to represent a company that does what they say they are going to do. We take our comittments seriously and do the right thing!

      Pros

      The Mission, Vision and Values are evident in each branch and the company embraces these values while still being a strong sales organization. Expectations are high but goals are still attainable and I love being challenged in the role I am in while knowing there is room for growth and a long term career path.

      Cons

      The company tries to keep up with technology demands but could take a more proactive approach as we grow so that we stay ahead of the curve.
