Pros

Employee friendly environment is encouraged and followed. Warm environment, no office gossip. Coworkers are kind and helpful, people are acknowledged by each other for work well done. Management truly cares about employees and gives encouragement and recognition. Management spends a lot of time and energy on choosing and retaining the best performers and also on guiding others to reach their potential.

Cons

Pay is on the low side compared to other industries, but most likely in line with other staffing companies. For me, the benefits of working in a great environment have outweighed the slightly lower pay.

Best place I've ever worked!

Pros

Roth Staffing sincerely keeps the employees' best interests in mind. Sometimes there's a glitch with a new idea or program but it is almost always fixed immediately and is just part of working for a company that is innovative and creative... and not afraid to try something new. If you are of the mindset that "this is the way it should be done because it's always been done this way", don't work here. There are other places for you to work. If you want to be given the freedom to make a difference in your market and your network and be proud of the organization you represent, this is a good place for you. One of the best things about recent years is the attention paid to work/life balance and wellness. The company sponsors wellness seminars during the middle of the work day, they subsidize gym memberships, they recognize strong performance, they recognize community involvement, they've increased bonus plans... and the list goes on. Yes, you are expected to perform. It's a sales organization. There is exceptional opportunity for growth and career advancement.

Cons

With a company as innovative as Roth, there have been times when a lot of enhancements/programs/updates/changes/new tools get implemented all at once (or within a very short period of time), making it difficult to get full benefit from the enhancement.
