Pros

Laid back relative to other staffing agencies. Metrics don't seem to matter as my whole team underperformed.

Cons

Everyone speaks highly of the MVV but no one actually follows it. Managers and corporate undermine top performers. Managers play favorites. Any dissension is referred to the MVV. Corporate and managers look out for their own and will throw top performers out for perceived insubordination. Little room for growth as a TAS.

Pros

Good company culture but nobody that works there truly believes it they just sell it all day. If you have worked in staffing before and have previous accounts you can simply transfer them over when you start here.

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and sees everybody else as part of a revolving door to get them new accounts then let them go.
