      Pros

      The President and Chief Operating Officer are two of the most ethical businessmen you will ever come across. They truly care about the people in the company, and are fully engaged in promoting and supporting everyone's success. In today's corporate climate it is so refreshing to have upper level executives who don't just pay lip service to the values of the company.

      Cons

      The branch offices could be more fully staffed. It would be easier for everyone to achieve their goals.

      Pros

      This is a company that really does care, not only about it's clients but also about it's ambassadors and coworkers. The company culture is what brought me to Roth Staffing and what keeps me working here! Work life balance is very important and a reality working with Roth. They also have some of the best tools in the industry! I really do love working for this organization.

      Cons

      There have not always been the best onboarding tools to set new hires up for success. The company intranet is not the most user friendly.

      Pros

      I am excited to be a part of this company. We offer great training programs for new hires. We have amazing support from all co-workers and we create a very friendly and competitive environment. Everyone is committed to the success of the team, branch and company. We truly live and adhere to the company Mission, Vision and Values. I look forward to many great things as we continue to grow and add great people to the organization.

      Cons

      Room for improvement with tools and resources, such as remote access. As we strive to create remarkable experiences for the people we serve, having easy access to our internal resources will allow us to provide better customer, Ambassador and co-worker satisfaction.
