Pros

Management really allows their employees to plan their day accordingly and not micromanage. The company itself cares about their employees and you aren’t just another number like other staffing firms.

Cons

Some of the offices need a little bit of a facelift to attract and retain top talent.

Pros

As a BSM with Ultimate Staffing, Roth Staffing has wonderful work life balance and a company culture that makes a job that could be stressful very fun. Every day is a learning experience, and we are incouraged to do what is ethical and right.

Cons

Staffing is a tough industry. If you are not interested in sales, this is not the job for you. However, if you really enjoy new challenges every day, then this can be an incredibly rewarding position.
