      --There is a collaborative spirit throughout the organization --Coworkers truly give 100% at all times which motivates new employees to also do their best --My manager is professional, flexible and understanding. I couldn't ask for a better boss

      Pros

      Very genuine, caring company. Corporate office is accessible and friendly. 9/80 Flex Schedule, volunteer program, wellness program. Contests and celebrations.

      Cons

      Database is not the easiest to use. Some of the internal technology is outdated.

      Pros

      Nothing comes to mind at all. It all looks and sounds good in the beginning.

      Cons

      Small fish in the big ocean. Leadership is not sharp, motivating or honest. They tell you what you want to hear for their benefit. Hiring smart and training are not here. If you are new to the industry, your training will be weak and you will not learn from top talent. Its just not a good resume builder. If you are sharp and driven with desire to succeed, don't waste your talents here.
