Pros

We have great upper management, a founder that you can have a true relationship with; you're not just a number here, excellent training, innovative ideas like our video resume technology. Here, you can be proud to be part of a company that only hires the best in the industry. Excellent bonus program and base salaries.

Cons

Too many conference calls, ( they take away from the production weekly), until recently no real growth path for someone who would like to move up in the company. Too many division names that don't seem to tie in together. Would love it to be Roth clerical, Roth accounting, Roth Legal, etc. something that tied us all into the same company.

Pros

If you work really hard and stay late every night you just might get a bonus.

Cons

The management doesn't really listen to the staff. They will make you believe they are listening but it's just hot air. They consistently demand more and make you feel poorly if you don't produce at high levels with limited staff and support. There will be no true flexibility in quality of life even though they will tell you in the interview all the Mission, Vision, Value stuff. Don't believe it for a minute. They don't actually practice what they preach.

Pros

Driven by a strong sense of doing good for others, Mission/Vision/Vales, while driving profitability. Cares about temporary employees and treats them accordingly. Top management is thin... few people making most decisions. But, offices have good flexibility to do what is profitable for their market. Compensation is agressive and driven by success. Not as much turnover as I have seen/heard from other Temporary Services - good longevity internally. I disagree with earlier comment on Florida Management - have found it to be quite the opposite. Sales people are held accountable for productivity - would wonder what that individual's results were? Successful people are almost never let go. Local offices are going to vary greatly in size, personality, and success.

Cons

401K Match based on "company performance" Not much direction other than that. No Training Manager/Director - little bit loose with "self guided" training for new employees Privately Owned Company Relatively low amount of "National" contracts - would be more of an area for improvement
