Roth is a great place to work. I have never worked at a place where almost everyone is nice, friendly, and competent. The management team really tries hard to run the company using their mission, vision and values and they make it clear that everyone is expected to uphold these standards in their day to day activities.

It's a company who is what it says it is. This company really cares about people and is always trying to create new programs and technology to help candidates and customers. They take pride in hiring the best and they expect you to be the best. It can be frustrating when you are being pushed to your limits, but when you look around and see that you're more successful than you thought you could be, you appreciate the high expectations. Everyone is so helpful and there is so much support from other branches and especially from corporate. You can always get a hold of someone and they are always willing to help you figure out a solution, teach you how to do something better, or take on a project for you. I also love that it is a private company and not subject to the financial pressures of greedy shareholders who demand business decisions be made to increase profits. It's evident that business decisions at Roth are made to improve service to customers and candidates (and coworkers) and not to make money for shareholders.
