      Pros

      I worked at Roth for several years and then worked for a start up and multi billion dollar publicly traded staffing company and now . . . . . I am back at Roth and so happy to be. The culture is stronger than ever and the quality of my coworkers is amazing. The resources and tools are so impressive, many of which are more effective than the multi billion dollar ifirm I came from. In fact there are some tools we have that they frankly, do not. The company is poised very well for 2013.

      No complaints here . . . . I am very happy !

      * Values-based organization: people who do the right thing because it's the right thing to do * Not a lot of middle-management/bureacracy to deal with * Senior management allows a lot of lattitude for local office management to direct ops; not micro-managers * Generous PTO and positive culture

      Cons

      * Some divisions lack the management bandwidth to adequately support growth & success * Sub-par compensation plan * Senior management at times seems out of touch with local operations

      Pros

      The President and Chief Operating Officer are two of the most ethical businessmen you will ever come across. They truly care about the people in the company, and are fully engaged in promoting and supporting everyone's success. In today's corporate climate it is so refreshing to have upper level executives who don't just pay lip service to the values of the company.

      Cons

      The branch offices could be more fully staffed. It would be easier for everyone to achieve their goals.
