      Pros

      Regional manager was very supportive, cared about employees, and a great trainer. Did a great job onboarding new managers and embracing them in the culture. The company was professional, organized and was run lean without a lot of extra layers of management as I have seen with other companies.

      Cons

      Company puts to much emphasis on a high volume in kpi to the point that it was counterproductive. Too much politics between regional managers of different divisions.

      Good Company for Newer Professionals to Industry

      The people are great, leadership is very friendly. Has a small company feel with backing of a mid-sized company. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Snr. Leadership makes micro decisions, superseding local, mid-tier management which feels overbearing at times. If decisions are made by Snr. Leadership, they probable should not hire Market Leaders.
