      Pros

      Work from home. 9/80 schedule option, gives you every other Friday off. Generous base salaries and commissions.

      Cons

      Poor field leadership. Favoritism. Poor internal communication. Poor internal collaboration. Regular “stealing ” of both candidates and clients. General dishonesty, and therefore distrust, among colleagues. Cut-throat, “everyone for themself” mentality. Many promises made in interview and at offer for a wonderful culture and work-life balance, with next to none of those promises being kept.

      My experience working for Roth Staffing was highly disappointing. Sr Leadership should dedicate more time, effort, and energy in training new managers on coaching and people skills. Nobody wants to stay in a work environment based off of intimidation to perform, and constant threatening of job security.

      WORKING AT ROTH

      Pros

      I’m allowed to work from home. Benefits are pretty good. I like the other employees in my team.

      Cons

      My workload is too heavy to not be allowed overtime! When I take time off, even my immediate supervisor can’t keep up and divides my work between more than one person. Or maybe I should be paid more since I’m doing the work of more than one person.
