We take great pride in consistenly being one of the best staffing firms to work for and we're afforded that recognition by building & enlivening that culture with every action & decision we make. Many companies have a mission statement or values that are simply just posted on the wall in an office or on a website - Roth Staffing truly embodies our mission, vision, and values by using them to guide our coworkers, their behaviors, and their choices, every day. Not only does our leadership practice what they preach, but we remain uncompromising to anything that would contradict and/or undermine our MVVPP. It is an honor to represent this organization while also making a direct impact on all of the lives we touch, whether it be a coworker, an Ambassador, or a customer. Thank you Roth Staffing for making it easy to be as proud as I am to be part of such an exceptional team!

Cons

Roth offers a rich and robust benefits plan, in addition to great work schedules & being fully remote. One area of opportunity to add to our great benefits plan would be edcuation/certification options, but ZERO complaints here!

The company doesn’t care about you. They have all these resources to support diversity and that’s nice, but as far as work environment, leadership is horrible. The company will let you go at the drop of a needle and sometimes, no reasons are provided.
