      Pros

      Roth Staffing's values align with mine. I am able to do my job in a way that I can be proud of and am empowered to make decisions about who I work with, so I do not have to work with a client that mistreats its employees and I do not have to work with a candidate who mistreats me, my colleagues, or employees at a company I have them working at.

      Cons

      Not always enough time in the week to get everything done.

      Roth Staffing genuinely listens to its coworkers. While not everything is implemented, everything is reviewed and discussed for viability. They always want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Sometimes they can get in their own way with programs by overcomplicating things.
