      Pros

      Excellent pay, benefits and extra perks like 5 additional days off per year for relaxation, doing good in our community and DEI. Roth also offers a program called the 9/80 where we get every other Friday off. Plus, we're 100% remote. Work/Life balance is appreciated. Leadership is kind and personable. There are no political games to be played. Roth is fair. No drama. It's a very fun but mature organization unlike those that hire recent college grads or individuals with limited professional experience.

      Cons

      Branch Managers are "on book" meaning we too run a Sales desk. Our production expectations are equal to those who are not in Leadership. There is also a strong emphasis on cold calling.

      Pros

      Roth is by far one of the best firms to work for, and I have worked for a few. The environment, the culture is one of the best. Working here I really do have work-life balance which is something you don't truly experience at most staffing agencies. It feels great to have a company who truly does look out for you and encourages you to take part in all the perks and benefits such as time off.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative, other than hard work does pay off. If you really want it, your work will show it.
