      100% remote option, unlimited compensation, respect for the coworker and life outside of work, progressive, creative, not afraid to take risks. This company does great work and takes great care of its coworkers.

      Job of my Dreams!

      Pros

      I joined Roth Staffing in 2021 as an Onboarding Coordinator and promoted to HR Operations Specialist. I have always wanted to find a company who values their culture, growth, and has great benefits and I definitely hit the jackpot. Roth Staffing has been such a great experience thus far. I constantly have new and interesting projects to decide how to approach my work and become successful. This company does a fantastic job at employee recognition and always values your growth. The leadership cares a lot and listens to others on how to make this company even better. This company truly makes life better for the people they serve.

      Cons

      There is not one negative review to give. Roth Staffing is truly a great place to work and I have not had any bad experience since working here. They value work-life balance which is important. I also enjoy coming into work everyday!
