Pros

If you are a young recruiter and need to be managed closely, this is a good job for you. The training is good.

Cons

Micromanagement. No autonomy and have to do exactly what the manager wants. District manager talks behind your back and makes you feel uncomfortable. She doesn't give her managers autonomy to manage. Always walking on eggshells. Pay is just ok. Even the top recruiters don't make alot of money compared to other staffing agencies. No room for growth.

Pros

Company events, teams work together, a lot of long term employees...thats about it.

Cons

It's way too corporate and that's coming from someone who worked at BofA for 2+ years. This place cares strictly about numbers and how much you can make them. Very clicky, if you don't fit into their "fake" smiles then they won't add you to the team. Management is fake, HR is a joke, legal is also very much a joke. You're strictly a number for them. ALSO for how much they make and how big the company is the benefits are horrible...again compared to BofA.

Pros

Good Marketing Tools, had good outlook from home office, but never reached local offices.

Cons

The office felt like you had to screw over the other departments, just to cover your own but. There was no energy at all. Coming to work was such a chore. Co-workers were all nice, but management wanted silence and no bonding. If you wanted to provide advice it was shunned.
