While we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed our flexible work location options and our 9/80 schedule, we were disappointed to learn that you did not feel your termination was well-communicated. At Roth Staffing, we have quarterly touch points to ensure all Coworkers are meeting sales goals - while offering opportunities for additional guidance and dialogue. These touch points are mandatory and signed-off by both Coworkers and Managers. In addition to these quarterly touch points, Coworkers have regular 1:1 meetings with their Managers to discuss the same and how best to achieve those sales goals. While we’re saddened to hear that your employment was terminated due to sales performance, we certainly wish you the best in your next professional chapter.
