      Training is lacking and not comprehensive. Little guidance to those who are new to the industry.

While we are in the midst of rolling out new learning paths, new training modules, and a new online university, we are disappointed you felt the existing training resources were not comprehensive. We welcome further feedback and hope you would be willing to email any of our senior leaders or corporate executives (whoever you feel most comfortable with) so that we can learn in which areas you hoped to receive more support (sales, operations, service, the overall industry itself?) We're always looking to train and develop our coworkers and appreciate your input greatly!

      The culture is unbeatable: weekly catered lunches, birthday/anniversary celebrations every month, and weekly corporate wide recognition.

      Cons

      Business casual dress is required most days; however, we can wear jeans on Fridays!
