Pros

Good pay and benefits system.

Cons

Company used to fun and challeging place to work. Current trend in finance is downsizing and promoting managers and supervisors who have no people skills in the end demotivating the team. It is no longer a place someone feels happy to wake up and go to every morning.

Pros

Medical insurance. You can sit the whole day without work and still be paid.

Cons

Super toxic environment. A lot of employees are friends or relatives of existing employees. A lot of politics. Selling tobacco and claiming to end usage of cigarettes makes you ridiculous even among closest friends)

Pros

All the pros only sound nice in the beginning

Cons

non stop work piling up, way too many emails, company politics, no work life balance, overall day to day job duties is overwhelming and mentally tiring. Not worth the pay
