Rothy's is growing rapidly so there is a ton of opportunity for career growth and provides a unique experience that you do not get in a large corporate setting. The people are friendly, welcoming and very passionate about the company and their part in the organization.

Cons

Because we are growing so rapidly, there can be a lot of moving pieces so you have to be organized and self motivated

dog friendly, internal career growth and mobility, great benefits, lots of learning opportunities and professional growth opportunities, weekly all hands, management is accessible in the best ways, great culture and lots of fun coupled with challenging work!

Cons

selective transparency at times, normal start up growing pains from time to time
