      Great team of employees and owners. Growing company with a ton of opportunity for advancement in the coming years. Overall feel of appreciation and loyalty for the hard work you do.

      Cons

      There will be instances of working late or on weekends if necessary. Medical insurance is expensive but that is not exclusive to RCI.
