Fun, laid-back environment. Easy menu and a great family feel with co-workers. Great for a first job. Opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Non-competitive pay. Little to no raises. Other places in food service pay much more.

Pros

Great staff. Great management. I enjoy working here. I love the owners and the food. They've always treated me right.

Cons

Not very busy so you don't make a lot of money as a server. There's kind of a high turnover rate.
