      Flexible work hours, close group of people, great benefits, good pay, Xmas holiday party (current employee doesn't even give you a ham for Xmas). Always free to talk to upper management. Bonuses and stock options

      Raises could be better, but they weren't bad

      Close knit, personal group of people. Small company feel, large company scope. Approachable upper management. No real sense of political mess.

      No real growth opportunity, mediocre pay/benefits at best, no real social employee benefits.
