Pros

Decent salary, good guys, management is never your friend.

Cons

Started noticing more job titles on yours without wage increase. A marxist system being implemented! I was ousted due to a younger generation of techs having no kids etc. That were kept due to availability! High bean counting was coming to fruition.

Wage, benefits, freedom to decide, work is usually easy.

Cons

Management needs to listen and plan ahead for events. Employees should be able to reach management, Important decisions are made without any consultation or advice from senior personnel.
