      Excellent benefits and job security for ANYONE willing to stick around

      Cons

      Poor communication on all levels. Embarrassing customer service stance (both internal and external). Favoritism, arrogance and ignorance run rampant. Females beware

      Atmosphere is overall good in spite of challenges that the company has faced over the past few months. Things are getting better.

      Cons

      Lack of overall cohesiveness and team mindset. Seems that the different divisions segregate themselves at certain times. Everyone speaks, but everyone doesn’t have your back.
