      Money hungry grubs

      Pros

      Non at all. Management harrass and bully staff into doing the job the wrong way. Worry about safety until the job needs to get done then turn a blind eye. Money hungry grubs that only want to impress head office with the figures. Way too much stress and no one cares for the staffs mental health. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Worst place I have ever worked in my life.

      Cons

      They draw you in with yearly bonuses, annual pay reviews and shares. Don't believe the hype.

      Great people. Employees are passionate and dedicated. There are individuals with over 20 years of experience in the organization. Most are collaborative and easy to work with

      The culture needs a lot of work. There have been a lot of changes within the past year with little transparency and unaddressed impacts
