Employees used to be respected but not anymore. Group management have no idea what is going on at grass roots level yet dictate what they think is right, often by bullying. Benefits have now gone, pay is not as good as other companies Management is now weak and inexperienced. Box ticking and looking good to senior management are now the priority rather than getting things right. Massive HR department which is mostly pointless and only protects the company rather than focusing on staff welfare Experience at all levels walking out the door. Top management at board level don’t seem to understand the level of damage done to the business over the last few years A company in decline

Unfair pay, poor management, dont care about staff, bully and manipulating staff and give false hopes of earning more money or better job opportunities.
