      Good company with Opportunities

      Pros

      I started as an apprentice for 4 years. Through this, I learned many areas of the company and gave me opportunities to get to a team leader position within engineering. Rotork also support degrees for their staff which I was able to do. Plenty of opportunities within the business to try new areas. Career growth with guidance Support for training and development

      Cons

      Shop floor staff can feel under valued due to not as much support being available.
