Unfair pay, poor management, dont care about staff, bully and manipulating staff and give false hopes of earning more money or better job opportunities.

Managers with old mind set culture of threatening to justify their own self interest instead of short term goals . More recently management training of behavioral change implanted but still upper management stressing the bellow management continue. Waste of time
