Rotork has a quite good benefits package: medical & dental insurance, company car, life insurance, paid vacations, etc. Very flexible schedule for outside sales people

Cons

They don't appreciate the efforts when sales people try to increase company margins, no many opportunitiess for career and salary growth.

Cons

Lack of overall cohesiveness and team mindset. Seems that the different divisions segregate themselves at certain times. Everyone speaks, but everyone doesn’t have your back.
