      Pros

      Rotork has a fantastic team! I look forward to coming to work and enjoy the work that I do. Benefits are great and the company promotes camaraderie inside and outside of the office through team builder events. There has also been a big shift to promote from within which is encouraging to the staff.

      Cons

      Nothing major to note. No workplace is perfect and there isn't anything at Rotork that I would list as a con. I am happy there.
