      Pros

      Many managers like to think they know it all while having little to no experience in the field. This is good in a sense because allows for opportunity.

      Cons

      Backwards logic and mismanagement of employees leads to high attrition. Lots of nepotism. I’ve also seen extremely racist and misogynistic behavior. No diversity makes this behavior normalized - esp for middle aged uneducated white males.

      Pros

      Decent benefits and had some opportunity.

      Cons

      No place to grow. Pay not really competitive. Company wants employees to be chained to desk. Left early one snow day and got ripped for it. Everything has to be done their way period.
