Pros

Fun coworkers, 50% off your lunch, 20% off employee discount, closed on thanksgiving & holidays, tips, flexible schedule willing to work with school or other jobs, you could only move up to supervisor or manager but only if you were a favorite (even then it’s only a 25 cent raise with a lot more work and responsibilities)

Cons

Management, disrespectful customers, work load, never a set schedule b/c the manager changed it every week, always playing favorites

The food was okay. But the crew where very rude.

The schedule was never posted and they did not teach me safety and fire regulations and never notified me about what I would be working that day.

Not bad tips, in fact I'm reluctant to leave because on a normal day I can get over $10 in tip, and on my best day (as a non driver) I got over $60. The people you work with are pretty good. You can usually get the days off you want if you're good about not calling out, and if you ask for it a few weeks in advanced.

Cons

You ALWAYS smell like pizza. This includes your clothes, under your nails, your shoes, etc. The tips are all well and good, as long as they are cash. Credit card tips are considered 'deductibles' and come out of your cheque, which isn't fun.
