Turnover rate was incredible. In the year that I worked there, my location went through 4 managers. VERY little training provided. 8 months into the job and there were still things I was later told I was doing incorrectly due to being taught by others a different way. District manager and owner would come in every few months raging, implementing new rules for us to follow such as no longer being able to go out the back door of the restaurant. If you had to take out the trash, you had to receive permition from the manager before doing so. No room for advancement.

Hard to advance after management.
