      Pros

      Got along with coworkers, hours were nice before the benefit fiasco. Good training program, each employee is developed well to ensure full coverage in store.

      Cons

      Promotes from outside the store, will have employees of lower pay grade learn duties outside their job title to get things covered, but when it comes time to promote them choose to pass them over for a candidate with little/no experience.
